Spiegel, MD is a dual board-certified specialist in Interventional Pain Management and Anesthesiology, trained at Ivy-League institutions, offering the latest, minimally invasive pain management solutions. At UES Interventional Pain, Dr. Spiegel provides treatments that are precise, cutting-edge, and designed to improve quality of life. Dr. Spiegel co-directed the Pain Management Department at Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC), where he transformed pain care delivery for acute and chronic conditions.

His scope of work included spearheading advanced interventional therapies such as dorsal root ganglion stimulation and sacroplasty.

When he’s not transforming lives in his practice, Dr. Spiegel enjoys skiing, kitesurfing, and scuba diving. A lifelong learner and adventurer, he also holds a black belt in mixed martial arts and Shotokan karate.
