At our practice, we believe in transparency and patient-first care. Navigating insurance can be confusing, and our goal is to make the process as clear, supportive, and straightforward as possible. We want you to feel confident and informed about your coverage and financial responsibility before receiving care.
Insurance Claims Assistance
Our experienced staff will assist with submitting claims to your insurance company and help you maximize your benefits. We provide detailed invoices and all required documentation to support reimbursement. We are available to explain each step so you know exactly what to expect and can focus on your care without added stress. Please note that insurance verification and claim submission do not guarantee coverage or payment, as final determinations are made by your insurance carrier.
Network Participation
Our practice is out-of-network with most commercial insurance plans, meaning we do not maintain direct contracts with those insurers. We are in-network with Medicare. Network status and benefits are determined by each patient’s specific plan and employer group. However, this does not prevent you from receiving care with us. Many patients successfully use their benefits, and our staff is here to help you understand how your plan works and what your potential costs may be.

Patient Financial Responsibility
Insurance coverage is based on your individual contract with your insurance carrier. While we work with insurers when possible, patients may be responsible for: co-payments, deductibles, co-insurances, and services not covered. Please note, that these responsibilities vary and are in accordance with your own insurance plan. Medicare
We are in-network with Medicare. Medicare patients can take full advantage of their in-network benefits at our practice, subject to applicable deductibles and coinsurance as determined by Medicare guidelines. Our team handles the necessary paperwork so you can focus on your health.
New York State Workers’ Compensation
We accept New York State Workers’ Compensation insurance for work-related injuries.
All visits must be related to an approved claim. Patients must provide:
- A valid Workers’ Compensation claim number
- Insurance carrier information
- Employer and adjuster details
Authorization may be required for certain services.
New York State No-Fault Insurance
We accept New York State No-Fault (Auto Accident) insurance.
Patients must provide:
- A completed NF-2 form
- Claim number and insurance carrier information
- Date of accident
Coverage and authorization requirements are determined by the No-Fault carrier.
Financial Assistance Options
We understand that healthcare costs can be a concern. In addition to working with your insurance provider, we offer CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that allows qualified patients to spread payments over time. Please ask our staff for details.
